Booking Terms
Appointments and fees
Fees are confirmed directly with the patient or parent when the appointment is arranged. Specific fees are not displayed on the public booking page.
Therapy-session invoices are payable within 24 hours of receipt. For assessments, full payment is required before the feedback session. Assessment sessions, feedback sessions, and other services may be scheduled directly by Sarah rather than made publicly bookable.
Cancellations and no-shows
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged at the full session fee.
Medical aid
Our fees follow standard medical-aid rates, but the applicable fee is confirmed directly when the appointment is arranged.
Patients or parents/guardians must confirm their own medical-aid benefits and remain responsible for any shortfall or amount not paid by the medical-aid scheme.
Medical-aid claims are not automatically submitted on the patient’s behalf unless Sarah has made a prior arrangement with the patient.
Children and minors
A parent or legal guardian must approve a booking for a minor and sign the consent form before services begin. New patients must complete and sign the consent form before the first appointment or any services commence.
Confidentiality and scope
Information is handled in accordance with the practice privacy notice and applicable professional obligations. Confidentiality has limits where disclosure is required or permitted for safety concerns, legal requirements, court orders, or mandatory reporting.
Sarah does not provide emergency or crisis care, prescribe medication, or offer services outside the scope of an Educational Psychologist.
Appointment location
In-person appointments are at 12 Nerina Avenue, Westridge, Somerset West. There is no waiting room on site. Patients should follow the arrival instructions provided with their appointment confirmation and should not arrive substantially early without arranging this with Sarah.

New patients must complete the signed consent form before the first appointment or any services commence. Signed consent documents are handled securely through the booking system and retained in accordance with the practice privacy arrangements.
